Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

  • Once a session is scheduled and paid for, cancellations for the session must be submitted to us at least 24 hours in advance. If a 24-hour notice is not submitted, no refund will be given. If the instructor or C E Mitchell Services Foundation  is notified within 24 hours, then the student has the option of either having the payment refunded or it can be applied to the next scheduled or rescheduled session.


Rescheduling

  • A student may be able to reschedule a session if the notice is submitted to the instructor within 24 hours. However, the time and date must be agreed upon by both parties. When a session is rescheduled, it must be at least the same amount of time as the previous canceled session.

No Show

  • If a student does not attend a scheduled session and fails to notify the instructor or C E Mitchell Services Foundation within 24 hours, then no refund will be given. If a student fails to notify and attend at least (3) sessions, the student will be subject to immediate termination.
